Roof Solutions has been a family-owned roofing company for forty years. That is not a marketing line about heritage — it is the reason the company does business the way it does.
When your name is the company's name, a bad roof follows you. You cannot rebrand out of it, you cannot close and reopen under a different LLC, and you definitely cannot leave town. That constraint produces a specific kind of contractor: one who would rather talk a customer out of a replacement they do not need than book the revenue and deal with the reputation later.
The order in our logo is deliberate. Industrial. Commercial. Residential. Most roofing companies start residential and try to grow into commercial. We came up the other way, which is why a warehouse deck, an office membrane and a residential tear-off all get the same process, the same documentation and the same crew standards.

Evidence First
Every claim we make about your roof comes with a photograph of your roof. You keep the report whether you hire us or not.
The Honest Answer
If a repair will serve you, we quote the repair. We have talked more customers out of replacements than we would like to admit to an accountant.
Written Scope
Line by line. Tear-off, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, decking rate, warranty. Priced before work starts, not discovered during it.
No Pressure
Our price is good next week. Get other bids. A decision made under a deadline someone else invented is not a decision.
What We Actually Do
Three sides of one business, run by one company with one set of standards:
- Industrial — warehouse and distribution decks, plant roofs, metal roof restoration, phased work that keeps facilities operating
- Commercial — TPO and single-ply systems, coatings, flat roof repair, maintenance programs for offices, retail and multi-tenant property
- Residential — replacement, repair, emergency response, inspections, storm damage claims and metal roofing for homes

How long has Roof Solutions been in business?
Four decades of family-owned roofing across industrial, commercial and residential work. The company has always been run by the family whose name is on it, which is a meaningfully different thing from a roofing brand assembled by an acquisition fund.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we will send you the certificates directly from our agency rather than as a PDF we control. General liability and workers' compensation both. We also encourage you to verify them independently — our vetting guide explains how.
Do you use employees or subcontractors?
Ask us directly and we will tell you exactly who will be on your roof. We think that is a fair question and a contractor who dodges it is telling you something.
